Elizabeth began her career as a speech-language pathologist in middle Tennessee after earning her and master's degree from Western Kentucky University.  Elizabeth enjoys working clinically with all ages, and considers her expertise being with the school-age population.  While working in the school setting, she evaluated and diagnosed a variety of communicative disorders for elementary and middle-school students. Beyond conducting speech-language evaluations, Elizabeth treated a diverse caseload of communication disorders during her years in school settings.  While her experience encompasses lesser-known disorders such as cluttering and unilateral vocal fold paralysis, her clinical focuses include developmental speech and language disorders and autism spectrum disorders.  Elizabeth employs a multidisciplinary approach in assessment and treatment; her experience collaborating with psychologists, occupational therapists, counselors, teachers, and parents has served to promote whole-person services.  Elizabeth's mission as an SLP is to improve the quality of people's lives by improving their communication.  She cherishes the uniqueness of each client and values individualized evaluation and treatment.

In her spare time, Elizabeth pursues time with her family, friends, and church.  She also enjoys teaching and playing violin, drawing comics, walking around parks and neighborhoods, and reading.
