Lauren has lived in the Nashville area since July of 2024 after moving from Indiana. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Ball State University. She is licensed as a speech-language pathologist in the state of Tennessee and holds her Clinical Certificate of Competency (CCC) from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Lauren has experience working in a variety of settings, such as schools, private practices, early intervention, and skilled rehabilitation facilities. She has evaluated and treated children ages 6 months to 18 years, including individuals with expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, and fluency disorders. Lauren believes in building strong, trusting relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes. Her goal is to create a warm, personalized experience in every session to make learning and communication enjoyable and rewarding.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outdoors, traveling, and trying new restaurants around Nashville.
